Jo-Ann brings over 15 years of leadership experience to the Island Community Clinic Society (ICCS), working across healthcare, non-profit, and international development settings in Canada and internationally. Her background includes health system transformation, organizational start-up and growth, and executive leadership during periods of change. She has supported community-based organizations to strengthen governance, clarify strategy, and turn vision into practical, sustainable operating models. Jo-Ann is deeply committed to community-led approaches to primary care and to building collaborative systems that reflect local needs and values.
